Thank you for choosing Northwind Outfitters for your hunting & fishing adventure. Please carefully read and understand our terms and conditions below. By making a reservation with us, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Reservation and Payment:
* A deposit of 100% of the total trip price is required at the time of reservation unless you are booking a private trip.
* For private trips, a deposit of 50% is due at the time of reservation with the remainder due on the day of the trip.
2. Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip date will receive a full refund.
* If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours before the trip date.
* Cancellations or reschedules made after these deadlines may result in a forfeiture of your deposit or the application of cancellation fees.
3. No Guarantee Policy:
* Success during hunts or fishing trips cannot be guaranteed. There will be no refunds or rainchecks if the targeted hunt or fishing trip is unsuccessful.
4. Equipment and Supplies:
* Firearms and ammunition are not provided by Northwind Outfitters.
* Customers must adhere to the provided gear list, which will be sent after booking.
* Licenses and tags must be acquired by the customer prior to the trip and are not included in our package.
5. Prohibited Items and Activities:
* The use of non-prescription drugs, fireworks, and personal hunting dogs is strictly prohibited.
* Consumption of alcohol during hunting trips is not allowed.
* Non-adherence to these prohibitions may lead to immediate termination of the trip without refund.
6. Weather Policy:
* The guide has the discretion to reschedule trips due to unfavorable weather conditions.
* There will be no refunds issued due to weather-related concerns unless the trip is officially canceled by Northwind Outfitters.
7. Booking Fee:
* A 3.5% booking fee will be applied to all online orders.
8. Check-In:
* All clients are required to check in at least 1 hour prior to legal shooting time.
9. No Shows:
* Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled trip will not receive a refund.
10. Liability:
* Hunting and fishing involve inherent risks. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge the potential risks involved and agree to hold Northwind Outfitters and its guides harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses related to any incidents or accidents.
